What is SuperFile?+
SuperFile is SuperCA's AI bookkeeping engine. It reads receipts and invoices from WhatsApp and email, drafts the full double-entry, and posts straight into Busy or Tally — your team reviews only the exceptions.
Which accounting software does it work with?+
Busy and Tally — the software CA firms already run. SuperFile posts entries into them in the format each expects, so there's no migration and no second system to reconcile.
How do documents get into SuperFile?+
Clients send them the way they already do — a photo on WhatsApp, a forwarded email, or a quick upload. There's no new app for clients to learn.
Does it post automatically, or do we review?+
Both, by design. Every extraction and classification carries a confidence score: confident entries flow through, and only the uncertain ones surface on a review dashboard for your team to approve or correct. You stay in control of what posts.
Where is our clients' data stored?+
On infrastructure hosted in India (AWS Mumbai), built for the DPDP Act and chartered-accountant confidentiality, with secure long-term retention. Posting to Busy and Tally happens through a connector on your own side.
Does it handle GST?+
Yes. SuperFile reads the GSTIN and the CGST/SGST/IGST amounts off each document and posts them as separate legs. It handles the arithmetic and placement; questions of eligibility and credit stay with the chartered accountant.
Will it replace my team?+
No — it removes the data entry. Keying receipts is slow, repetitive work that eats junior hours. SuperFile does the keying and surfaces only exceptions, so your people spend their time on review, advisory and the work that needs a CA.
Does it get more accurate over time?+
Yes. Every correction your team makes becomes a rule SuperFile applies next time — for that vendor, that client, that pattern. The more you use it, the less it needs to ask.
